"J" Platinum Records is a family owned business aimed at giving established as well as aspiring Artist a place to manifest there dreams into reality. We focus on giving our Artist's top notch Equipment and sound at a fraction of the cost of other studios of equal gear. The company Was started back in 2001 by Ronald Jackson. It started first as just a record label for Debra Snipes & the Angel's, the label J Platinum Records and the album “So Many Times, The Lord Made a Way for Me” was a instant hit and launched J Platinum into the lights of popular gospel loving people everywhere. After recording the first CD they started on the second CD but it seemed that all the studio’s they went to after did not know what they were doing or was just trying to rip them off. So out of frustration they took some of the money acquired from album sales in invested in there own equipment, which Debra son Antonio was put in charge of acquiring the technical knowledge to operate. Antonio then recorded there second CD and also stared attending the Audio Institute of America to obtain his degree in Audio Engineering, which he did and went on to major in other relating Fields such as Computer Information Systems and Marketing. After he acquired the Knowledge, and from the increased sales and popularity of the company, “J" Platinum Records Decided to invest even more into state-of-the-art equipment to surpass industry Standard.
